Use:

1, the fixed anchor bolt is also known as the short anchor bolt, which is poured with the foundation. Used to secure equipment without strong vibration and shock.
2, movable anchor bolt, also known as long anchor bolt, is a removable anchor bolt. Used to fix heavy machinery and equipment with strong vibration and shock.
3. The expansion anchor bolt is often used to fix the simple equipment or auxiliary equipment. The installation of the expansion anchor bolt should meet the following requirements: The distance from the center of the bolt to the edge of the foundation is not less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion anchor bolt, and the foundation strength of the installation of the expansion anchor bolt shall not be less than 10MPa. There should be no cracks in the drilling place, pay attention to prevent the drill bit from colliding with the steel bar and buried pipe in the foundation, and the diameter and depth of the drilling hole should match the expansion anchor bolts.
4, the bonding ground bolt is a commonly used anchor bolt in recent years, and its method and requirements are the same as the expansion anchor bolt, but pay attention to blowing the debris in the hole when bonding, and do not get damp.

Work flow:

1, one embedment method: when pouring concrete, the anchor bolt is buried, when the tower is overturning control, the anchor bolt should be used one embedment method.
2. Reserved hole method: The equipment is in place, clean the holes, and put the anchor bolts into the holes. After the equipment is positioned correctly, it is poured with non-shrinkage fine stone concrete one level higher than the original foundation. The distance between the center of the anchor bolt and the edge of the foundation should not be less than 2d (d is the diameter of the anchor bolt), and should not be less than 15mm (d≤20 should not be less than 10mm). Not less than half the width of the anchor plate plus 50mm, when the above requirements cannot be met. Appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen it. The diameter of the anchor bolt used in the structure should not be less than 20mm. When it is subjected to seismic action, it should be fixed with double nuts or other effective measures to prevent loosening, but the anchoring length of the anchor bolt should be increased by 5d compared with the anchoring length of the non-seismic action.

The fixing method in the use of anchor bolts is very important, but the reasonable use of anchor bolts can have appropriate errors. However, to be within the prescribed scope, of course, there is also a necessary focus when the anchor bolt is used. The following is the four things that need to be paid attention to when using anchor bolts.
1. Anchor bolts, casing and anchoring plates should actively cooperate with manufacturers, construction units, quality supervision stations and supervision after entering the factory, and jointly check and accept their quality, quantity and relevant technical data. Find the problem to the manufacturer and the construction unit in time, and make a record.
2. The anchor bolts, casing and anchor plates qualified by experience shall be properly kept by the Engineering section. Make sure it is rain, rust and loss proof and clearly marked.
3, the construction technical personnel in the installation of anchor bolts before carefully familiar with the construction drawings, drawings review and construction plan. To the construction personnel to do a good job of three technical disclosure.
4, before the construction of the template according to the requirements of the design drawings, prepare the list of embedded bolt sleeve and anchor plate. And indicate the number, specification, quantity and buried location (size and elevation), and carefully check.
